Will Coronavirus affect my delivery?
In response to the Covid-19 outbreak, we introduced new safety measures in our workplaces to keep all of our teams and customers safe. These measures changed how our business operates, and it takes us longer to process, build and ship your orders than it would typically take us.
Our teams are working around the clock to get orders out as soon as possible and we continue to ship boxes each month with necessary precautions.
This does mean we expect delays to continue while these measures are in place over the coming weeks and months.
Our current lead times are:
September ‘Self-Care’ Preorder ButtaBoxx
Billed on (or before) 10th August; we will ship your box by 26th September at the latest
Billed after 10th August or join as a new subscriber will ship between 26th September and 8th October
Billed on (or before) 10th September we will ship your box by 26th October, at the latest
Billed after 10th September or join as a new subscriber will ship between 26th October and 8th November
We will ship up to 7 working days from placing your order
We will ship within 7 days of our confirmation email (unless otherwise advised)
These lead times are subject to change but we will try to keep you updated across our website and social media of anything that will affect your order.
The health and safety of our customers, employees and delivery drivers is our top priority. We do apologise for any inconvenience caused and truly appreciate your patience and understanding.

How do I make a return?
Update: Due to the recent Covid-19 outbreak all of our staff are now working from home. This does mean that your return form may not always reach us. To allow us to continue to process your refund you should follow the below steps and be sure to take a photo of your proof of postage (by way of a receipt from Royal Mail) and send this to us via email confirming the item(s) returned!
If you are not 100% satisfied with your order or Monthly Birchbox, you can return products to ButtaBoxx for a full refund within 30 days of the purchase date. Please fill out the below returns form here and include in your return.
Please ensure you obtain proof of purchase by way of a receipt from Royal Mail.
Please note that it may take up to 14 business days for the return to be processed once it is received at our warehouse. After your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your original form of payment. Please allow up to 14 days for a refund to appear in your account. We will contact you to confirm that the return has been received and processed.
To speed up your refund just send over a photo of your proof of postage and we can get the refund sorted for you right away. We will contact you to confirm your refund once your return has been received also.
Items purchased with a Gift With Purchase or Gift with Subscription (any promotional item) can only be refunded with the promotional item included in your return.
We do not offer exchanges however you can, of course, return any full-size item to us to then place a new order for the desired item.
How Do I Request For My Account Information To Be Removed In Line With GDPR Regulations?
You can request that your account is removed from our system. To do this please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we can walk you through the process. To help us process your request quickly and efficiently, please confirm your full name, shipping address and the order number of your last purchase.
It can take up to 30 days for your request to be completed, you will be notified once this is done.

Do you accept international payments?
What Payment Methods Do You Accept?
You can pay for your monthly, quarterly, 6 month or annual subscription with a credit card or debit card with the Visa or MasterCard logos. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept Maestro payments, PayPal or American Express.
Our system is not currently set up to be able to facilitate international payments with domestic dispatching in the UK.
Where Do You Deliver?
We currently ship to the UK and Ireland.
Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to any other countries from the UK at this time. We will be launching international sites in the future and will keep you posted about this across our channels.
How do I cancel?
1. Log into your ButtaBoxx Account via computer
2. Visit your Account Settings
3. Select ‘Cancel My Subscription.’ You will be prompted to fill out a very short survey and confirm your cancellation
5. Once your cancellation is complete, all future billing will be cancelled and a confirmation email will be automatically received for your records. If you’ve already been billed for the current month, your cancellation will be effective starting next month and you will still receive your final box that has been paid for.
You can cancel within 14 days of being billed and this will mean that cancellation takes effect from the following month.
Please note you cannot cancel and repurchase a subscription in the same month to receive the same box twice. If resubscribing, billing will be placed in the same month – and will reserve the next months box for you – you, therefore, will not be billed on the 1st of the following month.
3, 6 or 12 Month Subscriptions
3, 6 and 12 Month Subscriptions can be cancelled within the first month of purchasing by contacting us here to arrange a return on your first box.
Beyond your first month, we are not able to cancel the subscription.
All subscriptions are rebillable and so if you do not wish to renew your subscription you can opt-out of a future automatic renewal in your account.
In the final month of your subscription a red Opt Out link will be visible in your Account Settings under Box Details. By selecting this you will be opted out of the next billing and your subscription will not be renewed.
Please note if you are requesting a cancellation via email, please contact us at least 3 working days prior to billing so we can process your request.
